Neoceram offer needles to suit all machine types in either standard or custom design depending upon your individual application. They are manufactured from stainless steel.
The stainless-steel needles are made from a single one piece tube which is laser or TIG welded to the socket prior to complete passivation and decontamination. With an internal surface finish of Ra 0.8µm the needles also have a highly polished exterior.
