Sustainability is integral to how we work. In 2023, we installed 1,334 solar panels, significantly reducing our carbon footprint. Additionally, our electric vehicle charging stations support green mobility initiatives. These efforts reflect our long-term environmental goals.

- ISO 9001: Obtained in 1997.
- ISO 14001: Obtained in 2023.
- ESG Certification: Currently under consideration.
- Human Rights Code of Conduct: Initially published in 2019; scheduled for an update in 2025.
We also collaborate with an external partner to implement and monitor ISO compliance processes. This partnership ensures that we meet all international standards.

Neoceram S.r.l. is developing a sustainable growth model that respects the environment, fosters social responsibility, and ensures sound governance. Over the next two years, a dedicated team will oversee these efforts. Step by step, we are building a stronger, more sustainable company.

- Implement an environmental management system and achieve UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 certification by 2026.

- Neoceram Code of Ethics is being updated
Education and sensibilization (ESG)
- Continuous formation on safety at work and foreign languages classes.
- Promote cultural sustainability through the creation of an internal wall and a digital group chat.
Environmental initiatives (ESG)
- Implementation of solar panels for a total of 283 kW over our three warehouses in 2022.
- Installation of 5 EV charging stations in 2024.
- Integrate the environmental commitment with our business through our collaboration with Treedom in 2024.
- Contribute to humanitarian projects for the safeguard of animals, of the environment and to sustain people who live in poor conditions, thanks to our involvement with the Jane Goodall Foundation in 2025.
