When you contact us with questions or requests or when you engage our services, we will use personal data provided by you to answer your query. Via the contact forms of this website, we ask you for minimal personal data such as your name and professional email address.

As an international firm, data we collect can possibly be transferred internationally between Neoceram’s various entities. We exchange your data for administrative purposes and so that we can have a complete overview of your contacts and contracts with the Neoceram group.

Neoceram secures your personal data through various technical and organisational measures, such as firewalls, spam detection services, secured servers, and data processing agreements with third parties hosting our website. For the processing of personal data between our group companies we have arranged for contractual safeguards. This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control.
